Prevent Gray Hair


     




Gray hair is a normal thing that happens to everyone, especially when a person's age is increasing. Usually associated with elderly gray hair. But today more and more are getting gray hair at a young age, especially the youths. It is called premature graying of hair. This situation is not normal sesutau and become increasingly worrisome problem. Generally graying of hair is due to two main factors, namely instrik factors and extrinsic factors. Examples of factors that can cause graying instrik among disruption of hormones, enzymes, genetic, and the influence of age. While extrinsic factors are like toxin (poison) face of opposition from the use of multiple products or hair coloring shampoo, climate change, air pollution levels are high or hair contaminated with chemicals that damage hair follicles.

How to Prevent and Overcome Grey Hair

1. Preventing stress

Stress often experienced by adolescents in modern times is now one of the causes of gray hair because of stress from school or in college. Burdened with problems can not set up the burden of college assignments. Stress is a factor causing the aging of the hair. Teens should be more relaxed in dealing with it can prevent graying of continue to arise prematurely.

2. Keeping the scalp

Using the right shampoo for your hair to the scalp and hair healthy. The use of anti-aging shampoo and lime can solve the problem of gray hair.

3. The pattern of healthy eating

Malnutrition is one of the causes of gray hair or aging hair. Excessive dieting lead to lack of necessary nutrients in the body and this leads to the growth of gray hair. Try to arrange a pattern of good nutrition and balanced to prevent gray hair problem this quickly.

4. Need 'Zat Besi'

The human body needs 'zat besi'  to high and when the lack of 'Zat besi' will be the emergence of gray hair. 'Zat besi' helps deliver nutrients to the hair color and hair will flourish and black. Foods such as spinach and lemon help you get a high content 'Zat besi' in the body.
